Payment terms

- Decor projects may require a 50% deposit.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee.
- Missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
Liability & access
- Not responsible for pre-existing damage.
- Client must provide safe access to the property.
- Valuables should be secured before service.
- Heavy furniture will not be moved unless agreed.
- Decor styling is subjective and based on agreed direction.
Satisfaction guarantee
If dissatisfied, client must notify Clark’s Luxury Cleaning & Decor LLC within 24 hours.
